¡Buenas! Ya estamos otra vez con un post para una de nuestras secciones favoritas, a falta de unas horas para la entrega Los Oscar nos ha parecido un momento ideal para escribir un post sobre cine. La película elegida para hoy es American Psycho , un controvertido filme que no pasó desapercibido pero que quizá no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. Como siempre, la crítica la dejo de parte de FilmAffinity , aunque si tengo que decir que esta vez me voy a mojar. Hace unos meses publiqué un post titulado "Literatura y Moda Masculina" , en el que puse un extracto de la novela del mismo nombre que inspira el film que tratamos. Hoy he ampliado ese post con otro capítulo que no tiene desperdicio. El caso es que recomiendo enfervorecidamente la lectura de la novela de Bret Easton Ellis , una obra publicada a principios de los noventa y que obtuvo un gran éxito por la magistral crítica que realiza el escritor hacia la sociedad norteamericana autocomplaciente y orgullo
